asked Mr. Attorney General for Ireland, Whether the County Court Rules made on the 10th September 1881, in consequence of the provisions of "The Land Law (Ireland) Act, 1881," section 51, are still in force; and, whether any other Rules regulating the mode of service of Civil Bill processes have since been made under the provisions of said enactment or otherwise?
