asked the First Lord of the Treasury, Whether he will propose that the Rules of Procedure, as they are adopted by the House, shall be suspended until the whole of the Rules are passed?

It is not proposed to suspend the Rules of Procedure till the whole are passed. Former precedents will be adhered to; and each Rule as it receives the sanction of the House will come into operation.
