HC Deb 21 February 1887 vol 311 cc172-3
MR. SEXTON (Belfast, W.)

asked the Postmaster General, If the money due to postmen in Belfast for overwork done at Christmas remains still unpaid?

THE POSTMASTER GENERAL (Mr. RAIKES) (Cambridge University)

Instructions have been issued for the payment of the claims for overtime work during the Christmas season at the Belfast Post Office. The preparation and examination of the claims in question have necessarily occupied some time.
