48§ SIR RICHARD PAGET (Somerset, Wells)said, he did not intend to proceed with the Amendment in reference to the condition of agriculture, which had been postponed, at the suggestion of the First Lord of the Treasury, till the Report stage of the Address; but he took this opportunity of stating that it was his intention to submit this important matter to the notice of the House on a future occasion.
