M'DONALD (Sligo, N.)asked the Secretary to the Board of Trade, Whether the particulars of any tenders sent in to the Port and Docks Board, Dublin, were made known to interested parties before the same were officially laid before the Board for consideration; and, whether the tender last accepted for canvass was not 10 per cent higher than the tender of Messieurs M'Cann and Co., who, for the two years preceding, supplied this article without fault or complaint?
