§ MR. ASHMEAD - BARTLETT (A LORD of the ADMIRALTY)(who replied) (Sheffield, Ecclesall)said, that there was no such Fund as the Greenwich Sixpences' Fund now in existence. The claims of merchant seamen were fully investigated in 1881, and it was shown that the benefits received far exceeded the amount of the contributions.
