THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)

I beg to give Notice that at the Sitting of the House tomorrow I shall move— That the consideration of the proposed Rules of Procedure have precedence of all Orders of the Day and Notices of Motions on every day on which the consideration of those Rules may be set down by the Government.

MR. M. J. KENNY (Tyrone, Mid)

Might I ask the right hon. Gentleman if he can give the House any indication when it is proposed to set down the new Rules for consideration?

MR. W. H. SMITH

Immediately the House has disposed of the Address, or perhaps before.
