asked the Under Secretary of State for India, Whether there is any foundation for the report that Chinese troops have entered Upper Burmah?

No information has been received at the India Office corroborating the report that Chinese troops have entered Upper Burmah.

MR. BRADLAUGH (Northampton)

asked, whether information had not for some time been in the possession of the India Office, showing that Chinese troops were being massed on the frontier?

So far as I know, there has been no such information in the possession of the India Office; but if the hon. Member gives Notice of a Question, I will answer it.
