asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether it is the intention of the Government to introduce a Bill this Session to provide for the inspection and regulation of quarries?

in reply, said, the question was now engaging his attention. As he stated on Friday last, he hoped to be able to take an early opportunity of stating the intention of the Government upon the subject.
