On Motion of Sir Edward Birkbeck, Bill to provide compensation to the occupiers of Allotments and Cottage Gardens for crops left in the ground at the end of their tenancies, ordered to be brought in by Sir Edward Birkbeck, Mr. Finch-Hatton, Sir Henry Selwin-lbbetson, Mr. Gurdon, Viscount Curzon, Sir Savile Crossley, and Mr. Norton.
