SIR ROBERT FOWLER (London)

THE SECRETARY OF STATE (Sir HENRY HOLLAND) (Hampstead)

Instructions have been sent for the withdrawal of one company, and it is proposed that the other shall be withdrawn not later than March, 1888, or as soon as the armed Constabulary Force which is being formed for the defence of the Colony as well as for police purposes is completely organized.
