§ THE PRESIDENT (Mr. RITCHIE) () Tower Hamlets, St. George'sIt is my intention to proceed this Session with the Local Authorities (Expenses) Bill. I shall be quite willing to insert words in Committee which will make it clear that it is not intended that sanitary inquiries by Medical Inspectors of the Board should come within the provisions of the Bill.
