§ THE SECRETARY (Baron HENRY DE WORMS) (Liverpool, East Toxteth)The Board of Trade have not received 11 any Report respecting the use of oil in the case referred to by the hon. Member; but a note is made in the Department of recorded cases that come under their notice. The Board have not, however, any funds at their disposal for the purpose of making experiments.
