§ THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY, WAR DEPARTMENT (Mr. BRODRICK) (Surrey, Guildford)(who replied) said: The Treasury will be empowered to make Rules on the subject if the 6th clause of the Superannuation Acts Amendment Bill now before Parliament becomes law.
