§ THE FIRST LORD (Lord GEORGE HAMILTON) (Middlesex, Ealing)Orders have already been given for eight typical ships of recent construction to carry out the full-power trial referred to. Of these, up to the present time, the Phaeton and Mutine are the only ships that have reported. In both cases the trials have been satisfactory. The other ships will report as their trials are completed.
