§ THE FIRST LORD (Lord GEORGE HAMILTON) (Middlesex, Ealing)The Admiralty, so far as I know, have no intention to got rid of all the writers at present employed by them, with the exception of a few, who are to be placed on the Lower Division. Reductions will have to take place in the clerical establishments, and these will affect the writers as well as the grades above them.
