§ THE FIRST LORD (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)The Government are quite sensible of the importance of this subject; but I am not able to give any actual pledge. I trust, however, it will be in the power of the Government and the House to deal with it in the course of next Session.
§ MR. CRAIG SELLARI beg to give Notice that I shall, early next Session, ask leave to introduce a Bill for establishing a Commission to examine and report on Private Bills in Parliament, and matters relating thereto.
