§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE (Mr. MATTHEWS) (Birmingham, E.)I am informed by the Commissioner of Police that Police Constable Butler has been reprimanded, cautioned, and removed from further duty at the Clerkenwell Police Court. This police constable is reported as a patient, steady man, with 20 years' service, during 12 of which he has been warrant officer at the police courts, with no report against him, except a case of trivial carelessness 11 years ago.
