asked the Under Secretary of State for India, Whether the Government of India intend to grant the prayer in the Petition addressed to them by 4,000 of the inhabitants of Oolooberia, urging that the out still system for the sale of spirits should not be introduced there, on the ground that it has caused "vice, drunkenness, and poverty" wherever established?
