§ THE FIRST LORD (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)As the hon. Member is probably aware, any Member of the House of Commons can obtain a copy of a Bill in progress through the House of Lords by applying at the Bill Office of the House of Lords. The question raised by the hon. Member as to giving facilities for obtaining copies of a Bill before the other House is under the consideration of the authorities.
