asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Whether there is any truth in the state- ment that the Dominion Government of Canada have signified their intention of placing Mr. O'Brien under police surveillance, in the event of his visiting Canada for the purpose of calling attention to the evictions on the Marquess of Lansdowne's estates in Ireland?
