asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether some 30 men of the Rathmullen Constabulary, in county Donegal, were employed on the 8th, 9th, 11th, and 12th January in collecting seed rate; and, whether the allowances to which they are entitled under the Regulations of the Force in connection with this service have yet been paid; and, if not, could he state on what grounds?
