§ MR. PICKERSGILL (Bethnal Green, S.W.)said, he had intended to call attention to the oppressive conduct of the Medical Staff at the Post Office; but as 935 the Postmaster General was not in his place, he would call attention to the subject upon some stage of the Appropriation Bill.
