THE COMPTROLLER OF THE HOUSEHOLD (Lord ARTHUR HILL)

reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address, as followeth:— I thank you sincerely for your loyal and dutiful Address. It is gratifying to Me to receive your assurance that, although summoned to meet at a period of the year usually assigned for the Recess, your careful consideration will be given to those measures which are essential to the conduct of the Public Service during the remaining portion of the financial year.
