§ THE CHIEF SECRETARY (Sir MICHAEL HICKS-BEACH) (Bristol, W.)There has been some delay, the reason for which I do not know, in the circulation of the Return for May and June; but it is ready, and will be circulated very shortly. I have received a telegram from the Land Commissioners to the effect that the Return for July will be ready for presentation on Tuesday next.
