asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If he could answer the Question of which he had given him private Notice. It was, Whether it was a fact that the recent pamphlet written by the right hon. Gentleman the late Prime Minister was boycotted by all the railway bookstalls, which were said to be under the control of Messrs. W. H. Smith and Sons.
