HC Deb 07 September 1886 vol 308 c1473
MR. DUFF (Banffshire)

asked the Secretary for Scotland, If his attention has been called to the recommendations contained in the Report of the Fishery Board for Scotland for 1885, relative to the proposed facilities for granting fishermen titles to their houses; and, if the Government intend to take any action in the matter?

THE SECRETARY FOR SCOTLAND (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR) (Manchester, E.)

My attention has been called to the subject referred to in the Question of the hon. Member; and I shall carefully consider how the state of things disclosed by the Report of the Fishery Board can be best remedied.
