§ THE SECRETARY (Baron HENRY DE WORMS) (Liverpool, East Toxteth)The Committee appointed to inquire into the duties, organization, and arrangements of the Patent Office have concluded their investigations, and the Board of Trade are awaiting their Report, which has been delayed owing to the Dissolution. The Board of Trade trust that the Committee may be induced to extend their investigation into the Trade Marks and Designs Department of the Patent Office.
