I believe the announcement has just been made that it was proposed to take the Railway Rates Bill first on Thursday.

said, that for reasons he had mentioned to the Lord Advocate he begged to ask him to be good enough to postpone Report of the Vote for Sheriffs' expenses till Thursday.
