§ MR. DODDS (Stockton)I will not stand for more than a single moment between the House and the hon. Gentleman the Member for Edinburgh (Mr. J. Wilson). I merely wish to move that the Bill go into Committee pro formâ, for the purpose of introducing Amendments. A large number of Amendments have been prepared, and many of them I shall be glad to accept.
