§ THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE (Mr. BRYCE) (Aberdeen, S.)The case in question has been brought to the notice of the Foreign Office. No arrangement exists with the Russian Government for the repatriation of destitute Russian subjects. When the expediency of making arrangements for the reciprocal repatriation of paupers and lunatics was considered some years ago serious difficulties were found to stand in the way of such arrangements; but the subject is one which will receive the consideration of Her Majesty's Government.
