HC Deb 04 March 1886 vol 302 c1894
COLONEL NOLAN

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If he can now state whether he will, in consequence of the present depression, permit such unions as may apply for delay to postpone the payment of the fourth instalment of the Seed Bate for another year?

THE CHIEF SECRETARY (Mr. John Mobley)

There is still some delay connected with the completion of certain formalities in relation to the arrangement, and that prevents my giving the hon. and gallant Member a reply.

COLONEL NOLAN

When shall I put down the Question?

MR. JOHN MORLEY

About this day week.
