gave Notice that, on going into Supply on the Civil Service Estimates, he would move, as an Amendment to the Motion that the Speaker do now leave the Chair— That this House is unwilling to entertain Estimates for the Civil Establishments in Ireland before being placed in possession of the policy which Her Majesty's Government intend to pursue for the restoration and maintenance of social order in that Country.
