§ THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. B. BALFOUR)(who replied) said: I shall inquire whether it would be according to usage to lay on the Table of the House certain telegrams which formed an important ingredient in the case. There 1518 are no other documents which could properly be laid upon the Table; but my right hon. and learned Friend (the late Lord Advocate) and I will be ready to give full information to the House as to the causes of the dismissal if any question in regard to it is raised.
