BARCLAY (Forfarshire)asked the Lord Advocate, Whether the vacancy on the Fishery Board for Scotland will be filled up by the appointment of a practical fisherman who commands the confidence of the fishermen; and, if so, what steps the Secretary for Scotland intends to take to ascertain their views?
