THE SECRETARY (Mr. C. T. D. ACLAND)(who replied) (Cornwall, Launceston)said: The Board of Trade are aware that the Creole has just returned to the United Kingdom, and they have called on the master for his explanation as a preliminary step to any further action that may be taken.
