§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERSir, any proposals which Her Majesty's Government have to make for the purpose of dealing with the sale of intoxicating liquors and the licensing system will be, so far as I know, embodied in the County Government Bill. I do not think I can give any further answer than that.
