BALFOUR)It is not usual to lay upon the Table of the House official Correspondence of this kind; but I know that my right hon. and learned Friend the late Lord Advocate will be very glad to answer any Questions upon the subject so far as it relates to his period of Office, and I shall be glad to do so in so far as it relates to mine.
