I have further to inform the House that Her Majesty has been pleased to require the attendance of the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Mid Lothian (Mr. Gladstone) at Osborne, and that that right hon. Gentleman has kissed hands on receiving Her Majesty's commands to form an Administration.
