HC Deb 30 August 1886 vol 308 c795
SIR WALTER B. BARTTELOT (Sussex, North-West)

asked, Whether the Government had any information to communicate to the House with reference to the return of Prince Alexander of Bulgaria?

THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Sir JAMES FERGUSSON) (Manchester, N.E.)

The last news received by the Secretary of State about the return of Prince Alexander is that he arrived yesterday at Rustchuk, where he was received with great enthusiasm by the population. We do not know the route by which he has since proceeded.
