MENZIES (Perthshire, E.)asked the Secretary for Scotland, Whether he is aware that there is now a great want of uniformity in the by-laws of the different counties of Scotland applicable to bicycles and tricycles; and, whether he will introduce a Bill making the Secretary for Scotland the approving authority in the case of those by-laws instead of the sheriff of each county, or undertake to deal with the matter in some measure of a cognate nature?
