JOHNSTON (Belfast, S.)asked the Secretary to the Board of Trade, Whether, as is done in Scotland by the Commissioners of Northern Lights, provision will be made for the attendance at Divine Service on Sundays of lighthouse-keepers on isolated rocks off the Irish Coast; and also for the education of their children, by increasing the number of relieving stations, or otherwise providing for the instruction of numbers of boys and girls growing up without elementary education?
