HC Deb 24 August 1886 vol 308 cc379-80
MR. KIMBER (Wandsworth)

asked the First Commissioner of Works, Whe- ther he can hold out any hope that Richmond Park will be opened for the use of cyclists, equally with persons using other vehicles, before the whole of the Summer has passed away?

THE FIRST COMMISSIONER (Mr. PLUNKET) (Dublin University)

I hope that within a few days cyclists will be admitted, equally with persons using other vehicles, into Richmond Park. New rules to that effect were completed on Saturday last, and so soon as they have obtained the signature of His Royal Highness the Ranger they shall be laid upon the Table of the House with as little delay as possible.
