§ THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE (Sir JAMES FERGUSSON) (Manchester, N.E.)Her Majesty's Government have come to an arrangement with the Russian Government that the Com- 379 mission, having completed the demarcation of the Afghan frontier as far as Dukchi, shall separate. As regards the remaining portion of the frontier, matters will remain in statu quo pending a settlement by the two Governments.
