§ Mr. SPEAKER acquainted the House that he had received a Letter from the Eight honourable William Ewart Gladstone, returned as Member for the County of Edinburgh (Midlothian), and also for the Borough of Leith, making his election to serve for the County of Edinburgh (Midlothian), as followeth:—
