§ THE SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Mr. HENRY H. FOWLER) (Wolverhampton, E.)said, that it was a Bill which seriously affected the Revenue, and as Ms right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer intended to make his Budget Statement to-morrow, he begged to move the adjournment of the debate.
