said he desired to put a Question, of which he had been unable to give Notice, to the Secretary to the Treasury, Whether, considering the many burdens on the Irish Church Fund and the depreciation of the value of Irish land, he still believed that there was a surplus of the Irish Church Fund out of which a grant could be made under the Poor Law Relief (Ireland)Bill, and—[Cries of "Order!"]
