asked the Vice President of the Committee of Council, Whether it will be possible to issue ad interim reports of the proceedings of the Royal Commission on Elementary Education?

The hon. Member should, put his Question to the right hon. Member for South-West Lancashire, who is President of the Royal Commission. I am not a Member of it, and have no administrative connection with it.

, in reply, said, that the Commission possessed the power to issue such Reports, and that they probably would exercise it, when it should appear advantageous to do so.
