GLADSTONEsaid, it might be convenient for the House to know that it was proposed to take on Friday, first, the second reading of the Telegraph Acts Amendment Bill; next, the second reading of the Criminal Law Amendment Bill, which had come down from the House of Lords; and, thirdly, the Ulster Canal and Tyrone Navigation Bill.
