SALTasked the Under Secretary of State for India, Whether it is intended to confirm by Treaty the arrangements recently concluded with the Ameer of Afghanistan; and, if so, whether he will in due time lay a Copy of the Treaty upon the Table of the House; and, if not, whether he can state in what manner the arrangenents will be made clear, permanent, and binding?
